Your collection stays yours.
This development-stage notice explains how CardSuDon handles account, collection, and optional research data. It will be reviewed before public launch.
Information needed to provide the service
We store your email address, securely hashed password, saved searches, collection records, folders, purchase prices you enter, and account settings. This information provides sign-in, collection, and portfolio functions. We do not sell or disclose individual portfolios to retailers.
Optional community analytics
If you actively opt in, we record only the card identifier, finish, quantity, calendar day, and whether the activity was a search or collection addition. We do not copy search text, email, folder names, notes, prices paid, shop, location, or IP address into the analytics dataset.
Retailer reporting uses aggregate statistics only. A card signal is suppressed unless at least 20 distinct consenting users contributed during the reporting period. Searches and collection additions are labelled as interest signals, never represented as verified sales.
Your choices
Analytics contribution is optional and is not required to use an account. Change it from the Account panel at any time. Withdrawing consent immediately stops new research events and deletes your existing analytics events. It does not delete your private collection.
Retention, security, and requests
We retain account and collection information while your account is active or while reasonably needed to provide the service. Public hosting will use HTTPS, access controls, backups, a breach-response process, and a documented deletion schedule. You may request access, correction, or account deletion.
Launch gate: the operator's public privacy/DPO contact must be configured before accounts are opened beyond local development.
External services
Stripe processes subscription checkout, payment details, invoices and billing management under its own privacy terms. CardSuDon stores only the Stripe customer and subscription references, status and renewal information needed to provide paid access; CardSuDon does not store full card numbers.
Market references and outbound shop links may come from third parties. Their sites have their own terms and privacy practices. CardSuDon will not provide them with identifiable account or collection information through the analytics programme.
